Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the MyWorkoutLog iOS app, website, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
MyWorkoutLog helps you capture, review, store, and revisit workout information. Inputs may include photos, voice recordings, text notes, and manual entries. Automated systems may suggest structured exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, and other details for you to review.
Fitness and medical disclaimer
MyWorkoutLog is a personal workout-recording tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition or concern. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience alarming symptoms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of workout photos, recordings, notes, and data you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service for you. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal-retention periods.
You must have the right to submit your content. Do not upload another person’s sensitive, private, or health information without their permission.
Automated processing and accuracy
Photo, voice, and text recognition may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing suggested workout details before saving them and for deciding whether the information is appropriate for your training. Do not rely on the Service for safety-critical or medical decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or security, access it through unauthorized automated means, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, or use it to harm another person.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or reasons outside our control. During prerelease or first-user testing, features may change and errors may occur more often.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account through the app. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular training or health outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyWorkoutLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the Service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights and forums available to you where you live remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
